We are a group of primarily white real estate professionals dedicated to using our resources and privilege to address decades of systemic racism within the real estate industry. REPAIR has a Board of Directors (because the rules of the non-profit world made us have titles), and the day-to-day work is run by a small but mighty team of volunteers we call the Implementation Team.
